Firmin Didot is one of my favorite font designers. I have been using his “didot” font for more than 10 years. Last year, I decided to make my own “didot”, and I spent more than 4 months redesigning it with a new kerning, tracking and spacing.

FLY DVD is a yearly magazine about art-fashion video editorials. It is distributed globally through some of the most successful fashion, lifestyle and museum stores around the world, for example: Colette, Palais de Tokyo, 10 Corso Como, L´claireur, Moss, Centre Pompidou, Mercer Hotel, Restir, MoMa, Cooper Hewitt, The Tate, The Met, etc.

For Designing with Typography I created a silkscreen printed book which shows my view of New York and its relationship with jazz music.

I am creating illustrations by tracing a single line.

Helvetica is ubiquitous. I decided to redesign the entire font family with Fontlab ©. The new style is a relatively trendy. Anyone can download the entire font from my web site.

In 2007 I decided to make a guide book for japanese tourists in NY. I tried to show them the dark underground side of New York. I consider that a lot of japanese tourists have a really commercial idea about what New York is, so I decided to collect unusual spots that only the locals know and present them in this book.

In 2008 the creative studio fly decided to redesign their website.

Union Pool is the latest font that I designed. My inspiration came from the mosaics that decorate the city of Barcelona´ s Gothic constructions. These constructions are made out of several small pieces that together create an illusion of one single image. I wanted to recreate the same structure for my font. This font is intended for use in titles or headings.

In Experimental Book Art, I created my "Little Black Book". I collected my bills, emails, receipts, letters, detailed phone history, bank transactions, and other personal data of the past years. I screenprinted them using clear ink over black paper.

In 2005 the paper company Canson commissioned students of European art schools to make an Artist book using their brand of paper. The theme of the book was “to grow”. I made a 590’ long accordion book. 24 double pages illustrated each year of my life and I left several blank pages for the future.

The aim of this project was to make works that effectively display the importance of graphic design and art direction.

IED asked me to design the poster for its series of thesis lectures. These 24" x 90" posters were placed around the school.

Forest Boutique is a small women´s clothing store in the Greenwich village. Gina is the owner of this store, she is friendly and eccentric. She carries independent designers that I really like, such as: White Label, Dean Penn, Jennifer Ann Gilpin, Tweek, Forest, and many others.

16X9 is an elite web-based portal, delivering full resolution art and fashion films to home computers, iphones, and web-enabled televisions.
